Laura serves the wider church as a Bible teacher and preacher, and is Co-Founder of Prisca. She has been involved in local church ministry alongside her husband Owen for 17 years, especially working with students.

Rachel Hughes
Rachel is the Senior Pastor of Gas Street Church in Birmingham, alongside her husband Tim. She is a passionate preacher and loves communicating the liberating power of God’s truth. Rachel has recently pioneered a national ministry (alongside her sister) called ‘The Orchard’ to encourage and empower women.

Naomi Hutchinson
Naomi is a preacher and Spoken Word poet based in Kent. Equally happy Bible teaching at churches or performing at Open Mic nights - preferably combining the two!

Sammy Jabangwe
Sammy is a preacher, evangelist and musician. Currently studying Biblical Studies at Nazarene Theological College, Sammy loves digging deeper into God’s word and encouraging others to see the beauty of the gospel.

Rich Johnson
Rich is the Vicar of All Saints Worcester and National Leader of New Wine England. Rich is married to Kath and shares with her the joy of parenting their three children. He is passionate about developing leaders and networks, and helping the church understand and engage with our cultural moment, particularly through preaching.

Jitesh is Assistant Director & Lecturer in Theology at St Mellitus College East Midlands, and Associate Vicar at Holy Trinity Leicester.

Chris Wright
Chris Wright is the Global Ambassador of the Langham Partnership (www.langham.org). He taught in India for five years. His books include Old Testament Ethics for the People of God; The Mission of God; The God I Don’t Understand; The Mission of God’s People, and the Great Story and the Great Commission.

Gas Street Church is located on 41 Gas Street, just off of Broad Street. It is about a 15 minute walk from New Street train station, or 12 minute bus ride. There is a tram from the station will take you directly to Brindley place-just round the corner from Gas Street.
If you are thinking of coming by car, be aware that the city of Birmingham has a Clean Air Zone. Vehicles which do not meet certain emission standards will be charged to drive within the A4540 Middleway. There is also no parking on-site, but there are car parks in the city centre.
There are car parks on Brindley Place and Tennant Street, or at the Leonardo Royal Hotel.

Gas Street is located a short walk away from Brindleyplace, which offers lots of great restaurants to eat at. Why not gather a bunch of friends and book a table somewhere? If that’s not your cup of tea, there is also a Sainsburys on Broad Street nearby.

Gas Street Church has wheelchair ramp access, and accessible toilet. There is also a hearing loop available.

We recommend you bring a notebook, bible, and a water bottle.

Youth aged 15-18 who are keen to learn to engage well with the Bible and communicate effectively! They will need to attend with a youth leader or designated adult, but this adult/youth leader does not need to stay with them at the youth stream.
